What’s your return policy?
We don’t accept returns as every product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at sales@kyii.shop! Please get in touch within seven (7) days after your order is delivered.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for products for the same reason as stated above. If something is wrong with your order, please get in touch at sales@kyii.shop. Please make sure the product(s) you've purchased are exactly what you've intended to purchase before paying for your order. If you're not sure, please ask.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, products can only be exchanged if the product is still pending or in production. Simply put, if you haven't received a tracking number yet, it's likely possible you can exchange your item. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in appropriate product descriptions. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at sales@kyii.shop within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
